make it accept every height and width video clip without presenting the user with an Aspect ratio error

The programmers seem to think that the aspect ratio is the same as the number of pixels horizontal divided by the number of pixels vertical. That is not true, the aspect ratio is independent, so that a 720x576 pixel video can be watched op a 16:9...
